Singer Lana Del Ray has collaborated with rapper A$AP Rocky to create the official video to her new single “National Anthem” off her debut album “Born to Die.” The eight minute video stars Lana as Jacqueline Kennedy and A$AP Rocky as her opposite John F. Kennedy. The collaboration may surprise some, but the song was produced by Emile Haynie and Jeff Bhasker, two maestros with resumes rich with hip-hop and rap productions. The video was produced by Anthony Mandler who has worked with artist such as Drake, Rihanna, and Mary J. Blige.  So it’s only right these two powerhouse artist took advantage over the opportunity to collaborate. Rocky said he believes the video is ahead of its time, people may get it around 2015 and that’s the point! While Lana says she believes this is the most beautiful project she's done, and knew A$AP was perfect for the role.
