Friday May 25th 2012, Odd Future’s hip-hop and soul duo The Internet, had their very first live performance at Echo and Echoplex in Los Angeles. Which is no stranger to legends and performers such as Stevie Wonder and bands like Vampire Weekend and MGMT. Announcing their plans to create a full length film on the music industry, members Syd Tha Kid and Matt Martians simply asked fans to come out, support, and donate to this new upcoming project. Performing hits such as “Cocaine” off their debut album “Purple Naked Ladies,” the show was said to be upbeat, lively, and overall a great performance.
