Similar to the production of “Runaway” artist, fashion designer, and director Kanye West has created yet another short film. Filled with breathtaking slow images, and a wonderful soundtrack to go along, the video premiered in Cannes, France May 24th . This thirty minute video was projected onto seven different screens including the celling and floor inside a tented pyramid. The effect of having shots change between screens, and having individual shots being seen at once from different angles representing “real life” in the words of Mr. West. The plot follows G.O.O.D artist Kid Cudi, as a car thief who falls for a blind Arabian princess, and sets out on a quest to cure her blindness and steal her heart. The film was co-directed by Alexandre Moors who also co-directed Runaway and Niggas In Paris, and was shot entirely in Qatar in the Middle East.
